About Aeromet.
With over 40 years of casting experience backed up by material and process engineering expertise, Aeromet is a technology led business with a unique set of capabilities. Our three sites manufacture precision cast parts using sand, investment and SOPHIA® high-property casting processes, and Aeromet has developed A20X™, the worlds strongest aluminium casting alloy. With these capabilities, Aeromet is uniquely placed to help customers unlock the benefits of the casting process.

Case Study.
Aeromet supplies over 45,000 parts per year to one of our major customers, for use on several major civil aircraft platforms. These parts are supplied fully finished and ready for assembly, with all quality checks complete. The parts are supplied directly to assembly stations on final assembly lines where operators put the parts directly onto the aircraft from our packaging.
