1974 Sittingbourne Kent Automotive Casting (KAC) Company founded.
1976 TKR International founded in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
1986 TKR Purchased by Technical Component Industries.
1987 Kent Automotive Casting (KAC) Company acquired by Charles Baynes plc.
1987 TKR international (Welwyn Garden City) acquired by Charles Baynes plc.
1989 Charles Baynes acquired Truflo Gas Turbines (Birmingham)
1989 Charles Baynes acquired Frank Ford Aircraft components (Halifax)
1990 Charles Baynes plc acquired Chinns Chemical Machining Co (Hinckley).
1992 Merged Truflo & Frank Ford into a single facility in Birmingham.
1993 Charles Baynes plc acquired Industrial Precision Castings IPC (Rochester) from Cookson Group and merged with KAC.
1994 Charles Baynes plc acquired Deritend Castings, DAC, and Sterling International orderbook acquired from Triplex Lloyd.
  Frank Ford operation and Truflo Gas Turbines (Birmingham) merged and renamed TKR International (Birmingham).
  Closure of TKR (Hinckley) installation of a new chemi mill facility at TKR International (WGC).
1995 Termination of the manufacture and repair of turbine engine components at TKR International (Birmingham).
1996 Charles Baynes plc amalgamated all groups to form Aeromet International plc.
1997 Completion of major capital programme at Worcester- full commissioning of Sophia process and installation of new robotic shell line, with a capacity for casting that fit into 1 m³.
1998 Aeromet International plc purchased by Pacific Aerospace & Electronics, Inc, USA.
2001 Acquired the majority of the Hot Forming equipment from GKN Carson facility USA.
2002 Implementation of a Painting capability in Birmingham site.
2002 Implementation of a Lean Enterprise Steering Team.
2004 Commission of sand reclamation plant in Sittingbourne site.
2005 Reorganisation of Aeromet into two core divisions, Casting and Forming.
2006 Rationalisation of the Forming Division - Birmingham site closed and facilities amalgamated into the Welwyn Garden City Site.
