Casting is our core competency. Aeromet is a leading manufacturer in the field of advanced aerospace light alloy castings with a turnover of £ 18 Million per annum.
Aeromet's casting division provides a total service to the aerospace industry with its three manufacturing facilities. The range of services provided includes Sand, Investment and High Strength (Sophia) casting to Aluminium and Magnesium specifications.
Our Casting Division is supported by a range of processes for example CATIA, Magma-Soft, Gas Analysis, Machining, P.F.D, X-ray, a comprehensive range of final treatments, assembly and process capabilities, J.I.T kit and intelligent buffer stocking.
Aeromet's Casting Division specialises in supplying, avionic chassis' and housings, escape doors, fuel pumps, aero-engine heat exchangers, air intakes, aircraft canopies, structural castings, fuel connectors, high performance motorsport engine components and transmission casings.
